No-Cost Program. Florida Property Receiver Force assumes all costs for the
preparation and filing of the petition to gain appointment as Receiver.
Additionally, Florida Property Receiver Force assumes all future costs of the
Receivership. Our specialized Receivership program is FREE to the COA/HOA.
Recover Delinquent Balances Owed. Prior to removing the property from
Receivership, Florida Property Receiver Force recovers for the COA/HOA the
statutory “Safe Harbor” where applicable or the entire delinquent balance.
100% of what is collected for the COA/HOA is paid to the COA/HOA.
Increase Cash Flow and Reduce Debt. Florida Property Receiver Force
pays the COA/HOA 30% of the rent or their monthly assessment, whichever
is greater.
Clean up and Rehab COA/HOA Properties. Florida Property Receiver Force

Bonded, Licensed and Insured. Florida Property Receiver Force is bonded,
licensed and insured, and carries Commercial General Liability Insurance of
$1 million per Incident per Property. This amount can be increased to meet
COA/HOA requirements. Additionally, all occupants carry Personal Property
and Liability Insurance. Florida Property Receiver Force indemnifies and
holds the COA/HOA harmless and assumes all liability during the term of
the Receivership.

Association approved individuals into the properties. These individuals are
