Florida Property Receiver Force is a bonded, licensed and insured Court Appointed Receiver offering a No-Cost Receivership Program throughout the State of Florida. 

COURT APPOINTED RECEIVERSHIP

Florida Property Receiver Force will file at no cost to the COA/HOA to gain Receivership on the properties identified by the COA/HOA.

PROPERTY REHABILITATION

Florida Property Receiver Force will rehab the vacant properties at no cost to the COA/HOA and maintain them to the standard of the community.

ASSOCIATION PAYMENT

Florida Property Receiver Force will pay the COA/HOA 30% of the rent or their monthly assessment, whichever is greater, and negotiate with the first lien holder/purchaser to recover the statutory “Safe Harbor" or the entire delinquent balance.
